Detailed plan
A detailed plan is a plan that contains enough provisions so that building permits may be issued on its basis, without the need for any other plan. The minimal specification required in a detailed plan is the minimal plot area, the maximal building area, the height of the building and the building lines or setbacks (distance from the boundaries of the plot), but many detailed plans contain much more specific provisions. A detailed plan may apply to a very small area, even to a single plot, but some detailed plans apply to vast areas, such as the entire municipal area or more.
